*All taxes, water and electricity bills as well as the use of our wireless internet are included in the prices.

*We offer a discount on our prices according to how long you will be staying. For a period of 10 to 20 days you get discount 5%. For more than 20 days 10%.

*During the winter months from 01/11 to 30/4 we offer monthly prices which are for villa A 1000 euro/month, for villa B 700 euro/month and for villa G 900 euro/month. These prices include all the taxes, water and electricity bills as well as the use of our wireless internet.

*Coming here you will have the chance to taste our delicious, traditional Cretan products that we produce!
